Dr. Tammy Bergen


Dr Tammy Bergen graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. After a 3 year stint in a mixed animal practice in southern Saskatchewan, Tammy joined Chinook Pet clinic in the Fall of 2001 as an associate veterinarian. Tammy is presently the sole owner of Chinook Pet Clinic. Currently, Dr Bergen is in the process of obtaining certification in canine rehabilitation. She shares her home with three very special fur kids: a rescue cat named Joey, a shaggy rescued mix breed named Taylor and a Flat Coated Retriever named Parker. When not working Tammy enjoys photography and training/competing in dog agility.

Dr. Whitney Buntyn


Dr Buntyn graduated with her degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee in 2012. She has spent the last three years working in a busy mixed animal practice. During that time she gained valuable experience handling both medical and surgical cases. Her areas of interest include internal medicine, preventative health care, pain management and acupuncture. In 2014, Dr Buntyn completed the Medical Acupuncture Program through Colorado State University and is a fully Certified Veterinary Medical Acupuncturist. We are truly excited to be able to offer this service to our clients.

Cary-Anne Russell

Animal Health Technologist

Cary-Anne has been with Chinook Pet Clinic since 2006. Prior to this, she worked at a feline exclusive clinic in Calgary for several years. Cary-Anne's fur family includes two rescue kitties named Chuck and Peg, a rescue Rhodesian Ridgeback named Sally and the newest edition this past spring, a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy named Django. In her spare time, Cary-Anne enjoys taking part in a variety of activities such as running, obstacle training/racing, Bikram yoga, camping and hiking to name a few.

Lindsay Harrington

Animal Health Technologist

Lindsay graduated from the Lakeland College Animal Health Technologist program in Vermillion,Alberta. She joined the Chinook Pet Clinic team in May of 2010.. When not working, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family which includes two very cute cats. Lindsay also enjoys sports which includes playing for the Lethbridge Steel Women's Football Team.

Jessica Dietl

Office Personal/Receptionist

Jessica (or Jessy as she likes to be called) joined the Chinook Pet Clinic team in July of 2015. She has made a wonderful addition to our office personal. Her warm and outgoing personality are sure to make clients and pets alike feel at ease immediately. She shares her home with her loving husband, Mick, her daughter, Carrera and the pug trio of: Molly, Baby, Bogie and the cat trio of: Domino, Porche and Harley (aka the demon cat).

Loretta Fath

Office Personal/Receptionist

Loretta joined the Chinook Pet Clinic team in May 2005. She grew up on a small farm north of Lethbridge. When not working at the clinic she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
