What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment

Knowing what to expect at your first appointment will help make the process more pleasant for both you and your family member.

1. Get Settled

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save a bit of time, you can complete the New Patient Form online in advance.

2. Meet Your Veterinary Tech

You will normally see a veterinary technician first. They will take a medical history of your friend and gather some data for the doctor.

3. Meet Your Veterinarian

A veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions you may have, and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.

4. Wrap-Up

You will normally see the technician again to wrap up the appointment. They will provide you with further educational information and answer any routine wellness and care questions you may have.

Our Pet Care Philosophy

Every cat and dog deserves to have a safe and loving experience at the veterinarian. We prioritize making each patient feel at home by giving them personalized care and attention, and making each client feel heard by listening to their concerns and providing prompt and accurate veterinary service.
